Frequently Asked Questions

Generally, trade accounts are offered to any Australian automotive business that holds an ABN. However, we carefully assess each trade customer application before approving, if you’d like more information on how to register for a trade account with us or to apply for a trade account, please contact us via phone.

For general and retail purchases we offer both credit card and PayPal checkout. For registered trade customers who have qualified and registered for an account we offer 30-day credit terms.

Australia Post, Toll Priority, TNT Express, Quicklee, StarTrack, Logiwest and more. We can also accommodate any other freight companies for trade account holders if you have an alternate freight company that you prefer to use.

We are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday all year around outside of public holidays.

If we do vehicle repairs?

We do not do any vehicle repairs, however our sister company United Fuel Injection do, for more information you can visit www.unitedfuel.com.au – We do however repair ECU’s and other control modules. Visit our Test and repair page for more information on these services.

Yes, we can and often do ship internationally to some customers, however international shipping costs will need to be individually calculated on an order to order basis. It’s best to contact us to get a shipping quote and approximate delivery time frame. All international orders may be subject to import duties and other taxes and these additional charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

No, we do not service injectors. However, our sister company United Fuel Injection have been servicing and repairing injectors for over 50 years. You can visit www.unitedfuel.com.au for more information on injector servicing.

The prices displayed on our products on the online shop exclude GST, however the GST is added on when you view your products in the cart and at the time of checkout and the additional GST cost is clearly labelled at both stages.

Yes, we pride ourselves on our automotive knowledge and our vast network of suppliers that we have built up over many years. If we don’t display the part online that you are after, give us a call, we may already have it in stock and we simply haven’t listed that part online. If we don’t have it in stock, then we will be able to source it for you!
