Entries into the draw are only open to Australian residents. Entrants must be over 18 years old to participate. This promotion and all prizes are exclusively available to Diesel Pump Rooms in Australia.
One entry into the draw to win one of seven RedBalloon vouchers will be awarded for every $500 (excluding GST) spent on new Bosch parts during the promotional period from 01/11/2024 to 30/11/2024.
Prizes consist of:
- 2 x $2,000 RedBalloon vouchers
- 5 x $1,000 RedBalloon vouchers
- This promotion is not open to employees of United Automotive Solutions, United Fuel Injection, or anyone directly connected with the promotion.
- The prize draw will take place on 06/12/2024, and winners will be informed in the following days.
- Only one prize can be claimed per customer or company. If a customer qualifies for multiple entries, only one winning entry will be awarded per customer. If multiple winning entries are drawn for the same customer, only the first entry will be honored, and a new winner will be drawn for any subsequent entries.
- UAS reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the claimant’s eligibility (including identity, age, and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the entry process, or engages in any misconduct likely to affect the fair conduct of the promotion.
- Any tax liability arising from accepting the prize is the responsibility of the winner. UAS recommends that winners seek independent tax advice regarding their tax obligations.
- In the event this promotion is disrupted due to circumstances beyond the control of UAS (including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or any other event that impacts its safe or practical conduct), UAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at its sole discretion.
- Claimants must retain their purchase invoice as proof of purchase. Failure to produce this proof may, in the absolute discretion of UAS, result in invalidation of a claim.
- Claimants will be notified via email and phone call.
- UAS’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Redemption of prizes is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer of the RedBalloon gift card.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way, or if it cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, UAS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any claimant, or to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion.
- In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional materials, the official Terms and Conditions available on the UAS website shall prevail.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or modifies statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act and other applicable laws. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, UAS excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising out of the promotion.
